Johnsons Beetroot Moneta Seeds are a bolt resistant monogerm type, which means the seeds will need less thinning than others. Beetroot boasts a high nutrient content in few calories and adds a deep maroon colour to a variety of dishes. High in dietary fibre, this vegetable is perfect for salads, roasted or pickling. For a continuous crop throughout summer and autumn, sow every 2-3 weeks.
