The Barclay is a magnificent summer house designed to fill a corner of your garden. It is manufactured from high quality FSC certified northern European pine. With its full height, styrene safety glazed windows and doors, this summerhouse lets in lots of light and is a delight to spend your time in. Wall panels are made from 12mm shiplap boards and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to topcoat. The floor is tongued and grooved timber and the roof is solid sheet OSB; mineral felt is included. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Imperial dimensions are rounded and for guidance only. Delivery InformationThis product is custom made and manufactured to order, the overall delivery estimate for manufacture and delivery is approximately 14 weeks. Please be aware the delivery timescale for this product at the basket stage is incorrect as it does not take into account the manufacture lead time of this custom made product and the above lead time shall apply for this product specifically.This product is delivered directly by our approved supplier on a standard delivery service with the utmost care. Deliveries are scheduled once your order has been placed and are to the kerbside or driveway if easily accessible, note the customer must be present for delivery.
