Johnsons Pea Kelvedon Wonder Seeds is a popular old favourite variety of early/maincrop peas. Well-suited for addition summer sowing in June or early July for an autumn harvest, these produces masses of narrow dark green, well-filled pods full of juicy delicious peas. A low calorie and high fibre vegetable, these peas make a great addition to soups, risottos or are a well-rounded side dishEasy to grow and versatile, peas and beans make a delicious and nutritious addition to any meal. As well as being a traditional side, legumes also provide a terrific source of protein for a vegan diet. Peas and broad beans prefer cool conditions but need to be grown in full sun or partial shade.
