Fast growing and slow to bolt, this dark, rounded leaves on compact plants can be grown as baby leaf or left to mature. It shows resistance to downy mildew races 1-7. Seedlings appear within 7-14 days of planting and if continuous crops are desirable sow every 2-3 weeks. Can be sown in large patio pots, containers, grow bags or a seed bed.
