Triteleia Brodiaea 'Queen Fabiola' is as fabulous as its name suggests, with clusters of pretty, star-shaped flowers of deep purple-blue with blue anthers, rising amid narrow-leaved foliage. The bright-green, grasslike leaves appear in spring and die down as the flowers open, creating a spectacular display of agapanthus-like, airy blooms from May to July. Reaching a height of up to 45cm, these hardy perennials are perfect for beds and borders, rock gardens and containers. They will gradually naturalise and spread if left in the ground or can be lifted after flowering and stored over winter for replanting in the spring.
