This flower and candle duo are both based on A Wheatfield with Cypresses by Vincent Van Gogh. With hints of citrus, basil, spearmint, and bergamot, this candle is beautifully refreshing. As for the bouquet, we have selected Morning Roses, fragrant Freesias, and wheat to represent the warm colours in this work of art. Thlaspi represents the olive trees while Pistacia is symbolic of the Provencal Cypress. Blue Agapanthus provides the perfect finishing touch. 'Autumn Bliss' has proven itself as a popular and successful gardener's variety for a number of years, with good disease resistance and long cropping period. 'Autumn Bliss is a Primocane variety, so it produces fruits on its new season stems, from August to first frosts of late October. This saves a whole year of growing time in the garden compared to old-fashioned varieties, and means they are more compact and suitable for pot and patio growing, reaching 4ft (1.2M), on sturdy stems, requiring little support Because they fruit on same year's growth, they are exceptionally easy to maintain - simply cut all shoots back to ground level when dormant in February.
'All Gold' was a chance find amongst a crop of the red variety 'Autumn Bliss', so has inherited many of it's excellent traits, but with a superb golden yellow colour, and a seemingly even more intense flavour too! 'All Gold' is a Primocane variety, so it produces fruits on it's new season stems, in September and October. This saves a whole year of growing time in the garden compared to old-fashioned varieties, and means they are more compact and suitable for pot and patio growing, reaching 4-5ft (1.2-1.5M) on sturdy stems. Because they fruit on same year's growth, they are exceptionally easy to maintain - simply cut all shoots back to ground level when dormant in February.
Long Cane Raspberries are your opportunity to benefit from a massive breakthrough in Raspberry fruit production! Raspberries usually produce their fruit on the previous year's growth of canes. However, they are often sold in garden centres cut back as short canes - great value, but you have to wait an extra year for fruit. Now, with Long Canes you will get fruit in the first season, because they have not been cut back - they are harvested at about 1m or taller and will fruit this summer. A great garden variety, not too vigorous, yet fruiting early to mid-season in July and August and producing good bright red sweet fruits. You will get around a pound of fruit or more per cane for 4-5 years. These raspberries will fruit on the full length of the canes you receive so do not prune them down when you plant them! If space is at a premium, grow them in large pots in a wigwam form it will look great and also produce massive amounts or fruit in the minimum of space! Otherwise, plant in rows about 60cm (2ft) apart, using supporting wires for easier fruit picking. Take advantage of new Long Cane Raspberry production techniques for bigger and quicker crops. Supplied as Long-Canes, approx. 85-100cm tall which means you will get fruit this year!
Pick your very own delicious fresh Limes and add a Mediterranean feel to your home or garden! Packed full of vitamin C, these fruits are not only delicious, but good for you as well! Use your fruits in everything from freshly squeezed juices, to yummy desserts, and save money on supermarket prices! As well as tangy fruits, this superb lime tree will produce highly fragrant, white blossom during late spring and early summer. Wonderfully juicy, seedless limes will be ready for you to pick from October each year. To ensure you'll be picking delicious fruit year after year, we advise you keep your trees in their pots, and place in a sunny, sheltered position. Citrus tend not to thrive in centrally heated homes, so from mid-June to late September, give plants a treat and transfer them outside to make the most of the available sunshine - but remember they are not frost tolerant so will need bringing indoors into a conservatory, or by covering with a fleece plant cosy over winter. Supplied as an established plant in a 9cm pot, ready to grow on.
