Rarely available to UK gardeners, the Japanese Burberry 'Berber' is a gorgeous and versatile shrub that grows in a loose upright form and makes a perfect low-maintenance hedge or edging or can be added to a border or used as a specimen plant in a container. In this collection you will receive: Berberis 'Chocolate Summer' - Berberis 'Chocolate Summer' is an incredibly useful garden plant. Thriving in a sunny location, its deep burgundy-brown leaves are carried on vibrant red stems, a striking colour combination anywhere in your garden. Recommended by the RHS as a 'Plant for Pollinators', during April and May, dainty bright yellow flowers emerge, attracting bees and butterflies. These are followed in late summer by small orange berries. Berberis 'Coral' - 'Coral' is a beautiful dwarf Berberis, a bright and colourful deciduous shrub with large, oval leaves and contrasting yellow-green stems. Preferring a sunny spot, 'Coral', has the most spectacular foliage, with incredibly bright red leaves that have a thin line of gold around their edges. Coral is also recommended by the RHS as a 'Plant for Pollinators'. Berberis 'Summer Sunset' - With its wonderfully bright foliage, Berberis 'Summer Sunset' will make a vibrant addition to your garden planting. A dwarf variety, this beautiful deciduous shrub is slow growing, with dense, intense golden yellow foliage that's tinged in deep orange when young and becomes more lime green as it ages.
