Crisp, yet juicy and bitter-free is how we'd describe this delicious 'American slicer' which performed exceptionally well in our outdoor trials in a poor growing season. Trailing plants produce a good crop of 22-25cm (9-10in) long fruits with soft white spines. Seed development is slow making this variety ideal for slicing in sandwiches and salads.
