A compact variety producing small, baby-sized dense hearts of sweet and succulent green leaves. Fast growing and due to its size, it’s one of the first to be ready for harvesting. It will be ready for harvesting as soon as a firm heart has formed, you can test this by gently squeezing the top of the plant.
