Heleniums are late flowering perennials with spectacular flowers in hot colours. Also known as sneezeweed, they're invaluable for bringing vibrant colour to the garden from mid-summer until the autumn. 'Zorro Bicolor' is a stunning Helenium with toothed leaves and magnificent rich red flowers edged in golden yellow with a chocolate-coloured centre that gradually turns yellow as the flowers age and the stamens appear - a fiery colour combination that's impossible to ignore from July until September! Still in full flower when other garden plants are fading away, plant 'Zorro Bicolor' in beds and borders or in large pots to create vibrant, flaming displays on your patio.
