Efflorescence, fading and differential weathering.Efflorescence is a reaction between carbon dioxide and the calcium hydroxide present in the concrete pores on the paving surface. Efflorescence itself can, over time convert to soluble saltsand will be washed away by rain. It is unpredictable but will generally disappear with the natural weathering process and time. These are natural phenomenon's that may occur through "weathering"and Bowland Stone cannot accept responsibility. This is an inherent characteristic of high quality wet cast stone products and can add to the overall patina of a landscape project.Differential weathering may occur as dark and light patches on the surface of the paving. Weathering and site conditions can cause these shade variations to appear across the surface of individual units. This does not affect the performance of the paving. Natural stone may show brown colouration as its iron content oxides. Prevention of water stainingPrior to laying, cover all paving and store in a vertical position.

It includes a grey willow, woven 26cm hanging basket, peat free coir compost pellets and two Begonia odorata 'Mother's Day' tubers (Size 4-5cm). Begonia odorata 'Mother's Day' is a widely sought-after variety and is renowned for its lightly scented white blooms, that have a soft pink rouge that is more prominent on their outmost petals. The beautiful flowers form on lightly tumbling, green stems, and put on a long-lasting show. Make sure you care for them and deadheaded on a regular basis for absolutely the best results. OUTDOOR GROWING INSTRUCTIONSMaking the compost: Place the compost pellets in a suitable mixing container and add 1.05ltr of lukewarm water. Allow to stand and expand for 30-60 minutes, drain off any excess water and mix compost well. You may have more compost than you require, and more water could be required if the compost mix is looking dry. How to plant: Plant from March onwards. Fill 90% of the basket with the compost and place the tubers hollow part upwards taking care not to damage any shoots. Tubers should be slightly bedded into the compost. If frosts are still possible, place in a light frost-free position keeping the compost moist. Once the risk of frost has passed, place outside. Flowers will last longer if in semi-shade. Keep compost moist and remove faded flowers. Expert's tip: Empty some of the compost into a re-sealable bag. Place the tubers into the bag and seal. Place in a warm place. After approx. 10-14 days remove the tubers, being careful not to damage the shoots and follow the 'How to plant' growing instructions above.
