Thuja plicata ?Whipcord? is an evergreen shrub with glossy green foliage, acquiring bronze tones over the winter months, providing year round interest and structure. It is a dwarf variety of Western Red Cedar, although distinctly different, typically growing as a flat mound when young, but eventually forming a more rounded shape over time.
