Our installation teams may use a vehicle up to 17 tonne (nearly the size of a standard dustcart). They will need to be able to access the property with the vehicle. The team may need to park their vehicle for up to a full day – please arrange for a permit in controlled areas. The installation team will need to be able to move all around the building during assembly. There will need to be at least 2 ft or 600 mm clearance all around. You will also need this clearance for future ongoing maintenance. A great value summerhouse that is both attractive and incredibly useful, the Parham has high quality double doors which open out to the front and a large opening side window which can go on either side. The Summerhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your own preference immediately on installation. Windows and doors are glazed in styrene for your safety. The building is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved, Northern European pine. Whilst Garden sheds, summerhouses and playhouses are supplied with a dip-treated base coat, the building will need a top coat treatment either prior to or immediately after assembly. Taking the top coat option this is a factory applied top coat added for you. The top coat treatment option is a golden brown finish applied to the external part of the building only you will still need to treat the internal part of the building as per the instructions. Once applied you will then need to treat the building annually with a water based treatment or in accordance with the instructions.
