Upright and compact 'Little Gem' with reddish-purple outer leaves and a pronounced red heart. Its colour, (produced by anthocyanin, a healthy antioxidant), as well as its flavour and crispness, will enhance any summer salad. Hearts stand in good condition without bolting.
