Finalist for 2019 B&LLA Licensing Awards and Winner of the Cultural Enterprise Award 2020. Our Nattier Bouquet is part of our National Gallery range and inspired by none other than the famous work known as Manon Balletti. This oil on canvas painting is most alluring thanks to its simplicity. The sitter was engaged to Casanova during the time this portrait was created. However, she later married another, more reputable suitor instead. We have selected peach Avalanche Roses to represent the rose pinned to her dress as well as her perfect complexion. The Memory Lane Roses echo the wonderful shade and texture of her dress. Contrasting Bourvardia and Limonium act much like the shadows and highlights found throughout this painting while the copper ruscus represents the copper-like background of this painting. It's this background that helps the sitter stand out and it does the very same for our Nattier-inspired bouquet. © The National Gallery, London A superb gift for all occasions and recipients with a refined sense of taste. These quality blooms are selected and arranged with care to ensure that they are as impressive as this famous work of art.

Salvia nemorosa 'Marcus' bears indigo flower spears protruding from mounds of fragrant foliage, creating a solid drift of colour. These compact plants are ideal for the front of cottage garden borders and wildlife gardens, where they will attract bees and butterflies but not unwelcome deer or rabbits. To prolong the flowering period of Salvias, they should be given a quick trim in midsummer. Height: 45cm (18). Spread: 45cm (18).
Amelanchier lamarkii makes its first impact in spring with a magnificent display of snow white blossom which seems to take on a pink hue when seen beside the bronze-coloured young leaves. This lovely tree takes centre stage again in autumn when its leaves turn to vivid shades of red and orange, the colours even more enhanced if it is grown in a sunny border. Snowy Mespilus is an excellent specimen tree with an attractive open habit. It grows best on slightly acid soil. Height: up to 12m (39?). Spread: 4m (13?).

The incredibly rich, deep purple blooms of Rhododendron 'Marcel Menard', with their golden yellow speckled throats appear in large, extravagant clusters in May and June. Beautifully glossy, dark green leaves form a dense, compact evergreen shrub. The perfecet backdrop for showing off the luxurious flowers. A great choice for an exotic planting scheme on acid soils, or for adding colour and structure to mixed borders, 'Marcel Menard' is great as a specimen in a large pot where you can get up close to it. The soil should be on the acidic side and rich in humus and always moist which will allow established plants to withstand direct mid-day and afternoon sun. Use ericaceous compost if growing in a pot, or add it to the planting hole in the border. Rhododendrons are low-maintenance shrubs that prefer bright to dappled shade or partial shade, avoiding morning sunlight which can damage buds. Keep well watered. Fully deserving its coveted RHS Award of Garden Merit, you can be sure that this is a proven garden performer, guaranteed to be suitable for UK gardeners at every level of experience. You can therefore plant this in the garden with confidence, for stunning displays for many years to come. Supplied as an established plant in a 17cm pot, 'Marcel menard' will grow to H1.5m (5ft) x W1m (3ft).
