'Zepeti' is a triumph of rose breeding from the House of Meilland in France, created to be incredibly resilient as well as beautiful. This miniature rose has lush, dark green glossy foliage and dazzling, bright red semi-double flowers that are produced in clusters. The fragrant flowers are small at 5 cm (2 in) across but are intensely coloured, and 'Zepeti' is very free flowering, producing abundant blooms continuously from May until October. 'Zepeti' is exceptionally resistant to fungal diseases such as powdery mildew and black spot and is also extremely tolerant of both summer heat and winter frosts. This makes it an incredibly robust rose that will always perform well. As a miniature rose, it is very well suited to growing in a pot, where it makes a stunning focal point, particularly because its leaves and flowers always look so immaculate.
