Nephrolepis exaltata is one of the most well-known indoor plants. If you can't place it in a humid atmosphere like your bathroom you can still grow this plant, just mist the leaves regularly with water and or place the pot on a tray of damp pebbles. Keep your fern at 18-25C. Feed with a general-purpose plant food once a month. 'Mango' is a striking and reliable new form of Middendorff weigela, bred by award winning UK nursery Hilliers. Only recently available to home gardeners, Mango is a compact shrub with lush, bright green leaves and clusters of creamy-yellow trumpet-shaped flowers. Emerging from its winter dormancy in spring, 'Mango' forms a neat, upright mound of luxurious leafy stems, topped with its gorgeous flowers - each with a distinctly mottled orange throat which changes from yellow to orange as the flower matures. Blueberry Jersey is one of the most dependable varieties and a favourite with home gardeners due to its high yields of sweet-tasting fruits. Pinky-white flowers appear in the Spring, followed by medium-sized, dark blue fruits from late July to August. In Autumn, the glossy green foliage turns a bright yellow/orange for continued interest. 'Morello' Cherry is often referred to as 'The Cooking Cherry' because it is the variety most frequently used for making the delicious fragrant pies and jams we all know and love! The fruits are packed with juice and the skin colour is dark red. It is one of the most reliable croppers of all the sour cherries because it is self-ertile, late flowering and so less susceptible to frost damage, plus it is incredibly disease resistant a real winner for any garden! 'Morello' Cherry is also a great tree to grow on a north-facing wall because even in a cooler position with low light levels it will still grow and thrive and fruit as normal you can usually expect to pick the fruits from late August onwards.
