'Acoustic' is a new variety that is quickly establishing itself - both in the garden and in the kitchen! This easy-to-grow second early potato is extremely productive, with huge harvests of up to 35-50 or more evenly sized tubers from each plant. These lovely pale potatoes have a good round shape with creamy white skins and superb tasting pale yellow flesh. They have a slightly waxy texture and perfect for salads and boiling.
