This flower and candle duo are both based on A Wheatfield with Cypresses by Vincent Van Gogh. With hints of citrus, basil, spearmint, and bergamot, this candle is beautifully refreshing. As for the bouquet, we have selected Morning Roses, fragrant Freesias, and wheat to represent the warm colours in this work of art. Thlaspi represents the olive trees while Pistacia is symbolic of the Provencal Cypress. Blue Agapanthus provides the perfect finishing touch. Send this lovely flower and candle combo to anyone for any special occasion and you're sure to make them smile.
With Van Gogh's Wheatfield with Cypresses in mind, we selected the finest Morning Roses, Freesias, Thlaspi, and contrasting blue Agapanthus to create this bouquet. Each element in the bouquet corresponds with an element in this gorgeous work of art as do the scents in the diffuser. With such scents as citrus, spearmint, basil, and bergamot, this diffuser will certainly make any room even more inviting.
Finalist for 2019 B&LLA Licensing Awards and Winner of the Cultural Enterprise Award 2020. These luxury flowers are inspired by the masterpieces housed at The National Gallery. Each bouquet is beautifully arranged by our floral designers exclusively for The National Gallery. A Wheatfield, with Cypresses is one of three near identical paintings by Van Gogh. These works were inspired by the view out the window towards the Alpilles Mountains while Van Gogh was in the St-Rémy mental asylum, near Arles. We have carefully selected the perfect combination of Morning Roses, sweet-smellng Freesias, and wheat to represent the warm colours of the dense wheat field. We chose Thlaspi for the olive trees in the distance and darker green Pistacia to represent the Provençal Cypress that towers above the rest. The blue mountains and swirling skies, which feature in many of van Gogh's fine works are symbolised by the addition of blue Agapanthus.
