Chef de Cave (head winemaker) Benoît Gouez is a master of the art of blending and year on year ensures Brut Impérial is a standard bearer for the distinctive Moët et Chandon character. The wine is a blend of the classic Champagne grapes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
