A zingy, tasty collection of delicious, flavour packed chilli peppers that pack a real punch. Chillies get hotter as they age, and their heat is measured in Scoville Heat Units (SHU). The higher the SHU, the hotter the chilli. Grown in pots in a warm, sunny spot such as a patio or porch, or indoors as a houseplant in a bright area, these superstars will produce wonderful chillies from July that are about 15-25cm long and delicious eaten raw, used in recipes or added to barbeque skewers to give them a blast of heat. They can also be added to oils and vinegar to create a chilli-laced infusion! Growing to about 60-90cm tall, these are perfect patio plants and are also wonderfully decorative with the deep green leaves and dazzling red chillies. Supplied as 3 established plants in 9cm pots plug plants including: Chilli 'Hot Burrito' - If you're a lover of hot chilli peppers that aren't too extreme, you'll really want to try the spicy kick of 'Hot Burrito'! With an SHU of 3000-6000, there will be plenty of heat, but no fire! Chilli 'Hot Fajita' - Juicy peppers that will give a fabulous hot chilli hit and the waxy skin means they store particularly well. A SHU of a mighty 70,000 means that 'Hot Fajita' will certainly make its presence felt, however you choose to eat it. Chilli 'Cayenne' - A really good all-round chilli, particularly in cooking, 'Cayenne', with its SHU of 30,000, is powerful enough to add a pungent kick to recipes but won't overwhelm the other flavours.
Why not grow the iconic Christmas Tree, or Norway Spruce Pine tree as it is commonly known, in your garden, so you can have a large feature tree year after year to light up your garden and get all festive! These quality British grown trees are already 100-120cm tall, and will slowly grow 20-30cm a year, so quite quickly you can have a really impressive permament Christmas tree for many years to come. Periwinkles are invaluable garden perennials for providing colourful groundcover, especially in shady areas, with low growing stems dotted with star shaped flowers. Vinca minor 'Alba' forms a mat glossy, oval evergreen leaves on long prostrate stems that bear lovely, pure white flowers with broad petals from March until September. Although quick to form weed-suppressing groundcover, 'Alba' is not as vigorous as its Vinca major relatives, so it won't get out of control or become invasive. It will grow almost anywhere, from full sun to the shadiest places beneath trees. The stems will easily root where they touch the ground as the plant spreads, perfect for brightening dull areas where little else will thrive, and ideal for keeping weeds under control. Easy to grow, extremely hardy and very low maintenance, requiring just an occasional trim to help to keep the foliage dense, 'Alba' is the perfect Periwinkle. It makes excellent edging for a pond, and looks great trailing out of hanging baskets and patio pots too! Supplied as an established plant in a 9cm pot, ready to plant straight, growing to a height of 25cm (10in) and spreading to 1.5m (5ft).

You can now create your own carpet of these pretty woodland favourites in your garden. Simply plant them in a shady spot at the base of a hedge or around the base of a tree where they will naturalise just like in the wild. As is the case with Snowdrops, planting Bluebells 'in the green', when they are in leaf and still growing, is by far and away the most successful method of establishing them and is much more successful than planting dry bulbs in the Autumn.

Containing all the major plant nutrients plus magnesium and trace elements, making it the perfect feed for tree ferns in pots and planted outdoors. It's also an ideal feed for indoor and outdoor palms, bamboo, grasses and other ferns. Tree ferns thrive in a sheltered, humid and shaded position, in humus-rich soil, gaining nutrients from decaying vegetation that falls from the forest canopy into the crown of the tree fern. Vitax Tree Fern and Palm feed replicates this process to maximising growth, maintain colour and ensure a strong, healthy plant. Watering and Feeding: The trunk and crown of tree ferns will not tolerate drying out, so water regularly to ensure that it remains moist, and spray the trunk with water during hot or dry weather; this will encourage the tree to send out roots. After roots have established, you can commence feeding, applying the liquid feed to both crown and trunk every 7-10 days during the growing season (from April to July). How to use: Measure 1 capful (20ml) and add to 2L of water. On an already wetted trunk, slowly pour the mixture into the crown and allow it to overflow and soak into the trunk. A thick layer of organic mulch on the ground surrounding the trunk will help feed the plant slowly and naturally. Feed palms, bamboos grasses and other ferns using 1 capful in 2L of water every 7-10 days while in growth.
